Was supposed to meet genny & shumin to study beforehand, our usual sunday routine.
But, everyone felt lazy that day, decided to just meet for the bbq. Met in the evening ~
Met up with them first before we took a bus tgt with xuan & ishveer to ehub to meet the rest.
Hmm, bought food, cake.etc & Xuan treated everyone to coffee bean, 7 cups = appx $40 ? So ex !
Slacked, played games, chatted, took pictures.etc
Some of them needed to leave early, hence with the remaining numbers, we headed to ehub to kill time.
Me, shumin, genny, xuan & ishveer, all of us went to Mr Chicken Rice first.
I was hungry lah, & all of them watched me eat -_____-
Wanted to play pool, but due to certain stuff, change of plans, decided to play arcade in the end.
LOL, daytona & basketball, LOL.
& since mum was in the area, she picked me, shumin & genny at 10+/11 & sent all of us home.
18/04/11 ; CHOIR SYF Day
SYF was the day after the bbq, luckily i didnt went home too late.
Left class after recess, settled all the administrative stuff before we headed to pomo for our practice.
Practiced for a few hours before we walked over to SOTA for the syf. The usual, waiting .etc
Everyone was starting to get a little tired, & we were also the last choir to perform for the day.
Well, i must say, we did tried our best, & while waiting for the results, all of us were so anxious !
We attained the silver award, everyone was kinda disappointed, but well, at least we maintained.
So much for the hype over "Magnum GOLD" ice cream on the choir group on fb days before the syf.
The teachers got us all magnum gold mini ice cream, all one each ! That must have costed a bomb o.0
Ms Ong talked to us & everything, & that sure did lifted everyone's mood a little !
Considering that the choir is made up of 2/3 juniors, we did a fairly great job already.
& this is her 1st time, where she never brought a choir made up of 2/3 of juniors up on stage, too risky !
& after all this years, this was the "first" time she heard the choir, appreciated our own 'sound'.
Probably due to the echo, dance steps & everything, everyone sure did have fun !
& our next & last performance @ marina barrage in july, cant wait !
