My Verdict: I'm one who usually experiences dry flaky / chapped lips so i don't really bother applying lipsticks.etc because i'll look more terrible with the lip color peeling off. Usually i just slap on some lip balm before i go out. One savior that i usually abuse when my lips are chapped is to use some Vaseline before i sleep at night so i wake up with well moisturized lips the day after. This lip crayon changed my mind about having the color to look terrible on me (because of the condition of my lips). Guess what, it's does not makes my lips dry at all ! The lip crayon itself is very moisturizing and non sticky.
