So, this post will be regarding feminine hygiene care. Anyway, look what i received 2-3 weeks back, Latacyd sent me this via courier. Such pretty packaging, especially with the blue ribbon.

My Verdict: I have sensitive skin (particularly ezcema but it has toned down alot as i grew older) hence i only use products that are mild towards my skin. Not to mention any brands, but on days where my skin conditions get really bad, i have tried previously, i couldnt use certain types of body wash as it would irritate and worsen my skin furthur. The feminine wash works well for me and leaves a soft and hydrating after feeling. & one important thing, it itsn't too watery ! I just started using this product not too long ago, hence the results will probably show much later. But if it prevents me from having the infections / disorders as mentioned, why not, right ?

My Verdict: Personally, i prefer this this because this smells slightly better. It has a more refreshing smell as compared to the white intimate (I have a thing for sweet smelling things). Works fine for me too, but to obtain more optimal results, i think i will alternate between using both. & i have dry skin (ezcema), the hydrating effect really helps here ! Like the saying goes, "Prevention is better than cure", I wouldn't want to risk contracting any disorders / illnesses after reading up as it is indeed, abit scary.

I mean, without looking at the note they have attached, i honestly would have though the oatmeal would be for my breakfast, lol ! But, of course not, here's your own affordable and easy trick to better skin !
Why Oatmeal ? It contains minerals that soothe and heal even the most sensitive skin types (MEEEE), relief itchiness (MEEEEE, especially on very humid days), redness (same goes, if i scratch too much), dryness (i stay in air conditoned places most of the time, that explains) and minor irritations. Hmm, seems like all the factors listed are in favour to my condition, LOL. Oatmeal naturally absorbs and removes dirt and impurities whilst exfoliating the skin gently, leaving the skin feeling softer and smoother.

- Take a palm full of oatmeal and run your fist in lukewarm water for 15 seconds.
- Gently open and clench your fist to allow the water to soften the oatmeal.
